A 300 square foot dock, a swim float and a mooring await you on your very private 180 feet of lake frontage and surrounding 1.5 wooded acres with a seasonal brook. The cottage is just 30 feet from the water and features gorgeous unobstructed views from its many large windows. The four bedrooms offer high quality new mattresses, 2 queens, 4 twins. Boat, fish or waterski the connected lakes, Sebago, Long and Brandy Pond. Everything you could ever imagine for a memorable family vacation.

LONG LAKE is the large lake that lies north of the Naples Causeway nestled between the towns of Naples, Bridgton and Harrison. About 11 miles long and 1 mile wide, it is accessed via Rt. 35 on the east side or Rt. 302 on the west side of the lake. It covers a total of 4,867 acres, with a maximum depth of 59 ft. It connects to Brandy Pond and Sebago Lake, making it popular with waterskiers, fishermen and boaters.

Incredible location, many nice restaurants and shops within 5 miles. Drive-in movie theater 2 miles away, summer stock theater and musical options nearby, antiques galore. North Conway, NH 30 minutes, Shawnee Peak and Pleasant Mountain 15 minutes away. Grocery, hardware, drugstore and movie rental just 2 miles away. Great hiking, many great day trip options, 45 minutes to Portland. Two beautiful golf courses are just minutes away. Activities on the Causeway in Naples include trips on the Songo River Queen paddleboat, seaplane rides, windsurfing and para-sailing. Boat rentals available at marinas in Naples and Harrison.
